What are the operating hours?
Tue – Sun 1pm – 7pm

How do I change my order?
If the item is the same price/less or higher, our team will gladly replace it for another. The difference will be returned to your original payment method. Simply contact us at EdmundAquatics@outlook.com with your order number and the products you want to change.
However, once your item has left our warehouse, you will not be able to amend it and must instead seek a return (read more about our return policy and its costs).
What is the delivery schedule and pricing like?
Qxpress delivery will be arranged for goods delivery. Prices start at $5 and go up depending on the size and weight of the item. Items will be sent to you in 3-4 working days.
For livestock, we have our own couriers at $10 per location. Delivery timing will be after 6pm.
Free delivery for orders above $100.
